Perma Blend Evenflo Colorizer is a bright red with a cool undertone that is one part of a two-step pigment collection developed in collaboration with permanent make-up artist Lulu Siciliano. The collection has been specifically designed to correct dark lip colours with incredible healed results.
- Step 1: During the first PMU session, use Evenflo Neutralizer with a lip blush technique. In some cases, you may need to repeat this procedure after full healing if the client still has some purple, dark or cool tones on their lips. Once completely healed, the lips will turn a beige-peach tone.
- Step 2: Use Evenflo Colorizer 60 days after a PMU session. Once completely healed, the lips will turn a natural pinkish tone.

Returns
We do not manage the stock at our warehouse and factory. Stocks are subject to change at any moment. It is possible that the stocks could be depleted after your order has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
You can only return a product when it's unopened and is in the same condition as when you first received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
